Fall on the Farm is the perfect location for birthday parties, baby or bridal showers, and so much more!

We offer an interactive outdoor experience with hayrides, corn mazes and many other fall activities that will create unforgettable memories!

FUNdamentals

  • You provide whatever else you would like (food, drinks, decorations, party favors, etc) to make your party an aMAZing time!

Note:

  • The tent has the capacity to hold 2 parties per timeslot – each party with 4 reserved picnic tables
  • Half Celebration Tent: 10 guest and 20 guest parties will receive 4 reserved picnic tables.
  • Entire Celebration Tent: 40 guest parties will receive the entire tent with 8 reserved picnic tables (each table will seat 8 guests). If you require admission for 40 guests, select both 20 guest packages.
  • If you require additional tickets for any of these packages, you can visit our public website beginning September 6, 2022, to purchase general admission. Additional tickets are based on availability. There will be NO gate sales.

Important to Know Before Purchasing Your Party

  1. Party Host will manage the distribution of admission wristbands to your party guests:
    • Party Host should plan to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party time to pick up your Fall on the Farm admission wristbands and set up your party.
    • Direct your guests to go to “Celebration Station” located outside the admissions gate near the Blooms & Berries truck. This is where someone from your party will greet guests and distribute admission wristbands.
    • Provide guests with your cell phone number prior to the party.
  2. Make sure you purchase enough admissions to cover your party as weekend tickets sell out quickly and purchasing additional tickets for your party will be based on availability.
      • Everyone coming through the entrance is required to have an admission wristband, even if they do not plan to participate in the activities.
      • Make sure your invitation is clear on who you are inviting and paying for vs not paying for.
        • For example: Are you paying for parents or only the children?  If children only, parents will need to pre-purchase their tickets online.
  3. Tickets purchased are non-refundable unless Blooms and Berries closes due to inclement weather.

Party FAQs

  1. Party hosts may arrive up to 30-minutes prior to scheduled party time for check-in and setup.
    • You will check-in at the Fall on the Farm Admissions Entrance.
    • Upon checking in, you will receive your admission wristbands purchased online.
    • You will be directed to your 4 reserved tables located under the Celebration Tent.
  2. Designate someone from your party to greet party guests near the entrance to distribute admission wristbands.
    • Should you opt to not cover admission for your adult guests or tag-a-long siblings, please advise them in advance the standard weekend admission rate is $12.95-$17.95 per person for children 2+ and adults and must be purchased in advance.
  3. Fall on the Farm parties are self-guided, it’s up to you what activities to do and when to do them.
    • Don’t overthink party activities! Take advantage of all the fall farm activities included in your party package. You bring the food, drinks and cake then sit back and enjoy!!
    • Once your guests begin to enjoy the fall activities, it can be challenging to get everyone back to the table to celebrate.
    • We recommend starting your party with activities such as opening gifts or cutting the cake.
    • After that, everyone can be off to enjoy the animals and fun activities.
    • Remember you and your guests are welcome to stay for unlimited play even after your reserved table time has ended.

  • Blooms and Berries is a family destination with activities for all ages. As such, we require admission for both children and adults.
  • We strongly believe quality family time is important, so we strive to offer activities that parents and children can enjoy together, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
  • Yes, your reservation includes four picnic tables for two-hours, which you may decorate as much or as little as you like.
  • You may bring your own cake, food and drinks.
  • Coolers are allowed on the farm, but you must provide your own ice.
  • Pizza or other food items can be delivered to the farm. You are responsible for accepting the delivery.
  • No confetti, silly string, whistles or piñatas
  • No glass, alcohol or smoking

You may check-in up to 30-minutes before your scheduled party time. This will allow time for check-in and setup under the tent.

  • Your picnic table reservation is for two-hours.
  • You are welcome to stay and play at the Farm until we close at the end of the day.
  • We understand that weather doesn’t always cooperate.
  • Our weather policy is that in case of a light rain, we will still hold your birthday party unless we contact you to say otherwise.
  • Heavy rain, storms or inclement weather of any kind will require your event to be rescheduled.
  • Wear comfortable closed-toed walking shoes (Encounters with mud are possible if it has recently rained or rain is forecasted.)
  • Wear weather appropriate clothing that can get dirty (Dressing in layers is recommended.)
  • Bring rain gear (If sprinkles or showers are in forecast.)
  • Also, be prepared with allergy medications (If a child has severe allergies, please remember they will be exposed to hay, pollen, bees and farm animals, so prepare accordingly.)
  • Picnic Areas– Picnic tables will be available for your group. Wagons are provided to transport lunches from parking to your picnic area.
  • Parking– Parking is FREE.  Ample parking is available for guest vehicles. Handicap parking spaces are located near the entrance to farm in parking area. We have special parking lanes for buses.
  • Restrooms– Portolets are located near the playground.
  • Baby Changing Station – is located near the playground.
  • Shopping – Blooms & Berries Market Barn is located in the main barn and is open spring, summer and fall. The Market offers jams, jellies, relishes, salsas, just to name a few, along with home decor items and children’s toys. Be sure to make time to stop in
  • Bakery – Our bakery is located inside the Market Barn and offers fresh baked pies, breads and cookies as well as frozen pies ready for baking at home. Note: We do not have cakes.
