Blooms & Berries is proud to offer meaningful events for your church group, family reunion, youth group or corporate team!
We welcome groups with 50-150 guests to the farm for a fall experience full of fun and lasting memories.

Pumpkin Vouchers

  • $3 each Pie Pumpkin
    • Valid for one pumpkin
  • $8 each Carving Pumpkin
    • Valid for one pumpkin up to 18 pounds (customer may pay additional cost on pumpkins over 18 pounds)

Meal Voucher

  • $10/person
  • Includes Chips, drink, and choice of one of the following:
    • 2 brats
    • 2 hotdogs
    • 1 brat & 1 hotdog
  • Available Saturday and Sunday
  • Guests will be served by coming through the public concession line

Beer Garden Drink Tickets

  • $6.50 Beer Drink Tickets
  • $8 Wine Drink Tickets
  • Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Monday through Thursday quoted separately for groups of 50+

Fall Specialty Breads

  • $7.50/loaf
  • 1.5 lb loaf serves 6-8
  • Choice of apple or pumpkin nut
  • Paper plate and knife provided for serving

Cookie Tray

  • $7.99/dozen medium size cookies
  • Choice of chocolate chip, double chocolate chip or sugar
  • Must order by the dozen with each dozen same variety

Fresh Baked Fruit Pie Kit

  • $20.99/kit
  • Includes one fruit pie, serving utensil and 8 forks/plates
  • Choice of Apple, Dutch Apple, Cherry or Blueberry

  • Any denomination may be purchased for your event

What Can I Bring?

  • You may bring your own food, drinks, paper products and decorations.
  • Client may bring coolers with waters and other non-alcoholic beverages into the farm.
    • No outside alcohol.
    • Outside coolers will be inspected.
  • Monday – Friday, outside catering can be delivered to the farm; you are responsible for accepting delivery.
  • At the conclusion of your event, all food, drinks, and decorations must be disposed of or taken with you.  This includes balloons, pumpkins and all decorations.

Key Steps in Planning Your Event

  1. Visit our website and select your date, time and estimated number of guests
    • Estimate the maximum number of guests you are planning for
  2. Blooms and Berries will confirm your selected date and time via email
  3. A contract will be drawn up outlining your date, time and number of guests
  4. A down payment will be due after contract is signed
  5. The following is due one week prior to your event:
    • Final number of guests
    • Final selection of package enhancements
    • Final payment on event
    • Ticket distribution process
